Production of Alkaline Water
When the tap is turned on, water enters into ionizer. The indicator light will light up and three beeps will be heard, When the alkaline light will light up you can select different levels of 1,2 ,3,4 for different PH values. When light turns violet it indicates strong alkaline water while blue indicates normal.
Production of Acidic Water:
When the acidic switch is pressed water enters the ionizer and a continuous beep will be heard(background light turns Red) light turns off 1 minute after the water supply is turned off and the water ionizer automatically switches to alkaline mode.

Troubleshooting
Problem | Reason and how to handle the problem |
The green light does not turn on during production
(indicating no electrolysis) |
• Water pressure too low, as a result, the ionizer does not function properly. The additional pump has to be fixed.
• Check to see if the filter element is properly fixed. Improper installation of filter element results in malfunction of lonizer. Straighten the outlet tube. |
Improper output of ionic water or clean water |

Chalky alkaline ionic water is produced | It is normal for the alkaline ionic water produced to be slightly chalky. This is due to the air bubbles present in the water. The water will become clear after a while and it is alright to drink the water. |
Brown color particles present in the ionic water | The brown color is probably due to the presence of small amounts of iron and it is harmless. Reduce the alkalinity level. |
White precipitate floats on alkaline ionic water when stored or a thin film appears in the internal wall | This is a reaction between calcium ions and carbonic acid in the air, resulting in crystallization (solid calcium particles). It is alright to drink the Water.
The thin film is solid calcium. Wash it off with Vinegar. |
When the ionizer is not used for long periods of time | Disconnect from the power supply and release water from the water outlet and the filter assembly. |
Water output drops gradually | Possibly due to crystallization on the inner walls of the output tube, obstructing flow. Request for cleansing by our service personnel or purchase a new filter element from us |
